Positive: Cleanest place we've ever stayed, hands down. Very simplistic decor and everything was well lit and open. Everything worked well and the temperature was comfortable inside. Was able to easily and quickly message the owner in the app.

Negative: Finding the gate entrance was complicated, has no markings whatsoever. The trailer was on a small tilt. There was no "beachfront access" as there was no beachfront nearby. Only one set of sheets (no top sheet), two towels, one hand towel and nothing else for linens or any way to wash them.

Positive: Nice location, affordable, AC was great. Overall, very clean. Had working WiFi, outlets, and facilities. Owner was great - was able to text whenever we needed something.

Negative: There was one pot and one pan. The pot didn’t work on the stove because it didn’t sense it. Having to open and close the gate every time we left. Found a roach on our first night, but luckily there weren’t any more.
