Summary: The house was perfect for our UTK graduation visit. We were really close to campus and had the Gay St. bridge been open, we would have been even closer. We wish we would have found this house 4 years ago when our daughter started at UTK. The neighborhood was so friendly! Great shopping, eating and nightlife. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch and our pre-dinner relaxing. Owners were responsive and lovely to work with.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying here with family and friends. The home was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Beds were super comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and just a short stroll to a beautiful river park. Definitely worth it!

Summary: We stayed here while we were in town for a swim meet. The location is great near campus, with restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Photos accurately describe the home. It was great for the price. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate. My husband left his Whoop charger, and the owners mailed it to him. So nice!
