Summary: Beautiful neighborhood, real close to grocery and restaurants, particularly In N Out!! But… it was kind of dirty. Front entry into house, the air vents inside, the carpet, and I was very disappointed that you couldn’t sit on the back patio! Screen door wouldn’t open, and no furniture back there! Other listings for less offered pools and patio sets.

Summary: Overall the listening was as described, and a nice place for a larger family to say. Beds were comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Down sides- the kids bunk beds had no blankets, the kitchen was lovely but not very well stocked, and the communication wasn’t great. I emailed 3 times (both before our trip and while we were there) asking if it would be possible for slightly later check out. I never received a response to any communication.
