Little Aubrey island is a half acre. It has 2 beautiful cottages which offer spectacular 360 degree views of the pristine St Lawrence river.
The island is very private with no neighbors. The 2 separate cottages are perfect for 2 families.
Each cottage has an oak kitchen , full bathroom. The larger cottage has a stone fireplace, 2 bedrooms, and a loft. the smaller cottage has one bedroom and loft. Quality built in 1995. There are 3 double beds, 4 single beds, 1 pullout couch.
The island includes 53ft concrete dock with shore power, great weed free swimming, fishing, and some of the best boating in the world. The adjacent 14 acre park island is accessible via small bridge for a long walk.
