Negative: The heating was insufficient for a winter stay..had it been colder weather we would not have stayed as it is a large openplan kitchen living area to heat the boiler had been set at minimum so the radiators only got lukewarm even on highest setting and Did not like to interfere with the boiler ..did email the owner subsequently Smaller bedroom had no bedside light..rearranged the room to make one!

Summary: Great location. Well fitted out very clean. Beds very comfy

Positive: This apartment is an absolute gem in a stunning town. A light ,modern ,clean, comfortable and spacious hol let whose riverside situation left us wowed. Dog friendly a bonus and beautiful walks in all directions.

Negative: No complaints from us but to let others know there are 8 steps down once inside the building and road vez close. Noise hardly audible once inside and put dog on lead before you step outside.

Summary: Area,buildings,walks and apartment phenomenal 11/10

Positive: I enjoyed the tranquility of the house, the location is spectacular, situated to enjoy the history out of the windows. I don't have a car so can't comment on how parking would be.

Negative: The house was immaculate but, as a tall person, I found very little space between the shower head and my own. Otherwise no negative comments. I haven't encountered the owner nor had any direct communication but had no reason to bother them.
