Positive: Very nicely remodeled. Owner was very responsive. Great TV once we could use it (we needed the code to log in as a Google TV).

Negative: Neighborhood we drove through to get there looked rough late at night. There was a lot of graffiti and some boarded up windows. One couple in our group decided not to stay with us. The area immediately around the properly (within 3 blocks) looked better. I felt like we were safe, and we had no problems at all. One of the beds was really hard and uncomfortable. Since the one couple had dropped out, we just didn't use that bed.
