Mix recent renovations with timeless hardwood floors, original antique windows, and the magic of nostalgia in every room.
For the future folk, we've added a lot since 1920! Kick back with lightning-fast fiber optic internet, fresh-brew coffee maker, and three immersive 4K Smart TV's for leisure on demand (one in each bedroom and a 75" 4K Smart TV in the living room!)

If there's a full month available with no existing bookings, you're welcome to select the dates and the app will show you the pricing breakdown for your date range. We've had many guests book 30+ nights and we do offer a large 20% discount for monthly bookings. Also, for your safety and convenience, we only book through the app (no traditional leases or "under the table" agreements). If the dates are available, you're welcome to book multiple months and the app will charge you once a month (the same rhythm as a traditional lease).

Summary: The home was the perfect base for me and my family to visit nearby family for a long weekend. Communication with the host was great and the check-in/out processes could not have been easier. Only feedback was the address listed was the appropriate street address, but showed as "Chattanooga, TN". If I hadn't grown up in town, that would've been very confusing to me and probably had me driving to the wrong place. To be clear, the house is in "Soddy-Daisy, TN" at the street address listed. Other than that, great place to sleep, clean up and visit our family.

Summary: The home and property were located in a quiet area, but it was still close to town. I believe 5-10 mins away from restaurants, and shopping. There is a museum close by as well. The home was so nice. My husband was in love with the floors. Everything was clean. They had everything we needed even soap and shampoo. There were plenty of cookware and dishes for us to use as well. When we arrived they had set up sparkling juice and wine glasses for us. It was the most welcoming gesture. The firepit outside was equipped with wood to use, and marshmallow skewers. The picnic table was great to have. We took advantage of it and had tea outdoors. It was such a nice weekend here. We will be booking again.

Summary: We just finished up our stay here. The house was super cute and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is within walking distance to a lake for fishing and kayaking. The neighborhood is quiet, low traffic, and was a nice little getaway. It was only a short drive to a few restaurants and not far at all from the touristy areas like Ruby Falls and Rock City. The best part though is how close it was to Big Soddy Creek Gulf, which has trails for hiking and swimming holes for swimming! The house was clean, well stocked, and had enough sleeping space for our group. Derek stayed in contact in case we needed anything and was all around a great host! We will definitely book here again!

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at this older, recently renovated cozy house in Soddy-Daisy! The house has lots of character without feeling dated. We were in town for 4 nights and the house was a great base for operations. It had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, and there's easy access to Chattanooga. Everything described in the property description was as advertised. Derek, our host, was also very timely with communication and very responsive with messages whenever we had a question. Will definitely stay here again when we're back in the area - I wish we could have stayed longer!

Summary: Very comfy bed ha. In a peaceful location, but still close to Chatanooga and outdoor activities. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. TV by the bed was great for watching movies at night. Next to a church, so no noisy neighbors.
