Summary: Best hotel that I have stayed in in Australia. The service was next level, with a highly attentive concierge style staffing. The rooms are thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, with high end inclusions. The ambience is amazing. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back

Summary: Breakfast was delicious. The best quality ingredients . The staff on the whole were friendly and efficient and the river room view was peaceful and modern. The only downside was the shower door leaked. But it was an excellent hotel with a a homely feel and I would definitely recommend.

Summary: Our stay was fabulous. When we arrived Juliette greeted us like a long lost friend. The hotel was beautiful and smelled so fresh and clean. The staff was amazing, our room was perfect. Spencer and Jazmine (spelling?) were so fabulous and helpful, they really made our stay wonderful. Literally staff member we encountered was lovely. Though we were not in the city center, we enjoyed the location and getting to the busier areas was an easy tram or short walk away. The hotel is in the tram free zone, however the area felt so safe and the weather cooperated, so I walked most places. I would stay here again!
