Summary: Excellent hotel in Melbourne's Docklands area. Our river deluxe room was spacious, and the bed and pillows made for the most comfortable bedding experience we've ever had, and we travel extensively. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay at other 1 Hotels in the future.

Summary: Staff were great, the room was lovely. We dropped our car and luggage off early returned later in the day. Everything was in room when we returned ready for our stay. Staff were so helpful and won’t hesitate in staying there again.

Summary: Best hotel that I have stayed in in Australia. The service was next level, with a highly attentive concierge style staffing. The rooms are thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, with high end inclusions. The ambience is amazing. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back
