Negative: Staff in harriets is not so friendly, its such a shame with this location it could be a 10 plus!!

Positive: I loved the view and the beautiful interior design of the hotel. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Negative: I didnt like the fact that the pool is seasonal. Additionally, as pricey as the hotel is, breakfast should be included and or complimentary for specific rooms as well as the snack bar.
