Summary: This is a cute cozy little bungalow perfect for at least me as I traveled alone but this time. I was in town for a family emergency and the last thing I wanted to worry about was my room and other people. It was just very quaint and quiet and I felt very safe . Freddy made the check in very easy and simple which is what I needed. I would easily stay again.

Summary: As a woman traveling alone, this stay was a great fit for me. The neighborhood, tucked in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from downtown, felt very safe. The first time checking in was a little complicated but it could be because it was late, dark and I was tired. I searched for quite a while for that little lockbox! Once I followed the steps I found it easy to get in each time after that. I appreciated that there was one locked outer gate and my unit was way in the back so it felt very secure. Parking was odd, there’s space on the lawn for each unit. I parked there overnight as free street parking is available only in the daytime. I didn’t have neighbors the first night, but the second night I did and the walls are pretty thin…but I’m used to that so not a big deal. The unit itself was clean, and I slept well in the bed. The tea and coffee was a nice touch. The only negative is that the shower could use more attention. Overall, would recommend this as a convenient, quiet, safe reprieve from the busy city!

Summary: Overall a good place to stay for a short time. Very clean and everything you need is available. Freddy is on top on responding to questions and request. The only downside is that the futon is kinda small for an adult and the pressure on the shower is to weak. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: Overall our stay was nice for the price. If you have a low car you probably won’t be able to go up the curve to the designated “parking spot” especially if other cars are parked. The futon CAN NOT sleep a full grown adult… it’s extremely small and very uncomfortable. We had to go buy an air mattress for our friend to sleep on. This is good for 2 people and maybe a small child but, way to small for 3 adults or more. Place was relatively clean, smelled good and was easy to find. Area was safe and friendly. Would probably stay again if it’s just me and my partner.

Summary: Very nice and quiet neighborhood, great communication from the property owner and overall just a perfect little place for a couple of days. I absolutely loved the fact that the TV had full access to multiple streaming services, perfect for a staycation. Fully functional kitchen, fridge, stove, and AC! I pleasanly suprised at all the amenities. Will definitely book again when visit LA/home!

Summary: Stayed here two nights with my wife while dropping off my son at college; he stayed the first night. The property is in the middle of a pretty quiet residential neighborhood, so there isn't much to check out in the immediate vicinity, but it's not a bad place to start and end your day if you're visiting different parts of LA. The entry is a little complicated the first time around; you have to unlock a gate then go around to the back, past an adjacent unit, to reach this unit. But once you get used to that it's not a big deal. Once inside, we found the unit to be very clean throughout. The kitchen has many accessories you need to make your own meals. The bathroom was a nice size, and the shower head had good water pressure. The bedroom and living room are one long room, with a locked door in the middle, apparently to the adjoining unit. The futon folds down for the third person to sleep in. There's no street parking between 2-5am, but we were allowed to park on the lawn. Our host, Fredy, was very friendly and prompt at responding to our questions. All in all, we got the hassle-less stay we were looking for.
