Positive: The house has a good size and it has plenty of utilities. It is comfortable and located in a good place.

Negative: When we arrived we noticed it needed a thourough cleaning and dusting. There were bread crumbs on the dinning table, there were many spider webs inside the house, the oven was filthy and the air frier was full of grease. As soon as we arrived, we told the owner the house was not clean but nothing was done about it. Their cleaner obviously changed the towels and bed sheets as well as cleaning the toilet and bath. Moreover, we stayed for a whole week and noticed there was only one toilet roll, one bin bag and one dishwasher cleaner. These are things we consider important when we stay at a house and if it hadn't been for these things, we would have written a good review.

Summary: Confortable but poor cleaning.

Positive: House was stylish, clean and comfortable. Great communication from owners re access and the important wifi code for the kids 😉 nice little extras like books and games, tea and coffee etc were appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Positive: Sophie was really nice and helpful. The location was perfect. 11 min from bp p live. Close tobthe amenities. The house is really cosy, clean, with soft sheets, great heating system, and excellent water pressure. The patio is a bonus, especially for us and our dogs. Tastefull deco! The living room is beautiful. The ketchen has everything you need, even enough stuffs for a decent breakfast. Def we will go again.
