The estate is situated on 1 acre and is one of the only estates in the entire Scottsdale area that has views of every desired outdoor scene possible in the area. The views include city lights, Mcdowell Mountain, canyon, Golf Course, 4 Peaks Mountain, and miles of desert scenery. The home features 6 bedrooms with 11 king beds! Enter through custom double doors to the residence’s grand foyer that leads to the main level social areas. A large game room has billiards, ping pong and foosball tables as well as an arcade with 1600+ different games for endless hours of fun. Next is a great room with soaring ceilings, a luxe seating area centered around a gas fireplace, huge smart TV, and a separate desk for virtual commuting or studies. Both areas have large sliding glass doors that allow for a seamless flow directly to an expansive balcony with panoramic views
