This one bedroom home is the upstairs of a split level home, with the downstairs closed off with no one else residing in the home. You will have all the amenities you need in a home without having to rent the whole house. Located on 2 spacious acres on the outskirts of Bozeman you will enjoy the property along with a few of our horses and the local deer. Pets are allowed and it’s just a short distance from the Gallatin River and close to all the amenities of town. The mountain views and sunsets are stunning. The house is turn-key with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining area and a large en-suite bathroom.
We have a security camera installed on the front porch to allow us to monitor if the horses get out of their pens.

Summary: Perfect place for me and my two dogs. Yard is completely fenced in so my dogs were happy and safe. House was well supplied with everything needed and more. Location is close to highway and nice little town of Belgrade, restaurants and coffee shops, etc.
