Positive: Comfortable bed and was nice secure garden for the dog! The owner sent a helpful message the day prior with all details and covered everything we would need to know. The house and garden are both super modern and have a beautiful design and have a private parking spot as warned though it’s a tight driveway. Easy to find and sign posted too on arrival. Good location quieter area but still close by to lots of things!

Negative: It was pretty dirty, The garden was full of cigarettes butts and leftover bottle caps. Inside was just dusty, hairs on floor, old dishes not cleaner properly etc smaller things that had just been missed. The booklet inside was outdated and we found the wifi to be quite slow which stopped us using the t.v. Next door was super noisy too late at night but that’s no fault of the owner but did keep us up at night especially when it’s stated on ours to be quieter after 11pm.

Positive: Was so clean and tidy, so peaceful and relaxing. Bed was so comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. Great takeaways just a walk away too. Very secure for our wee dog too.

Positive: Host very responsive, several issues and questions were answered promptly. Good shower, pleasant garden and secure for a dog. Close to loch Leven, which has great walks and wildlife Also visited the Falkirk wheel and surrounding fo rest walks, and the kelpies, 30-40 minutes away.

Negative: Poor level of facilities and finish if compared to other properties we stayed in the last few weeks at similar price point. Trying to be a quality finish but all a bit worn, not home from home. Pleasent on arrival, to look at a glance but when you start to use the property didn't meet my expectations. Host did try to resolve if mentioned, which was appreciated.

Negative: House not well appointed at all.Only one sideplate no utensils or teaspoon lack of dishes,no dishcloth or cloth. no freezer compartment in fridge Toilet brush broken, no hand soap Huge crack on mirred wordrobe in bedroom. Overall great potential but falling well short
