Please be mindful that this suburban home was built in 1957(look up the year built of home on zillow) and has some age to it. There is some natural wear & tear on the floors and trim but otherwise, she's a well-kept and well-loved home. We hope you and your family/group enjoy yourselves in this home. If any issues arise during your stay, we have a crew of handymen, cleaners, and assistants that can help address any issues that can naturally arise in an older home.
With 1420 sqft, 4 bedrooms, and 4 beds (1 King, 3 Queen & 2 couch). Family-friendly: A baby pack-and-play and sink stopper can be made available for your use.
Living Room:
- 65-inch Smart TV with free access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, and Apple TV
- Full furniture set 7ft couch, 4ft love seat, two accent chairs, two large end tables, and a large coffee table.
- Two full bookcases of interesting books.
- Strong WiFi throughout the house!
- Modern Dining Table with 6 chairs.
- Newly installed HVAC for all your heating/air needs with an additional tower fan in each room, 2 ceiling fans, and a heater unit in the sunroom for the winters.
4 Bedrooms:
- 3 queen beds (2 couch) and 1 king mattress, bedframes, nightstands, open outlets, 4ft long open closets to hang and store clothes/luggage.
- Each room will come with an extra set of bedsheets, towel sets (bath, hand, and face towels), fleece blankets, and pillowcases.
- Each room has a tower fan for additional cooling.
- Each room including the bathroom can be locked from the inside with a privacy knob.
- Most of the rooms all come with USB port charging stations and three-prong outlets.
Full Kitchen:
- Complimentary free coffee, tea, and oatmeal.
- 4 burner stove, oven, and range, microwave, 300cb refrigerator, Brita water filter, pots, pans, baking ware, oven mitts, mixing bowls, cutting board, bowls, plates, cups, utensils, knife set, wine/bottle opener, garbage bin.
- Other appliances: toaster, blender, electrical kettle, coffee maker, can opener, coffee grinder.

- Two-car garage but it's best to fit just one large car in the garage comfortably.

Summary: We had a good stay at the house. The A/C was a life saver and the location worked for what we needed. The couches did not pull out as advertised, but it ended up working out as our kids adjusted and we had one less person on the trip than originally expected. Overall, a good experience and Fong was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions/issues.

Summary: It got the job done for the stay that we needed, did encounter broken bed but it looked like it was in process of getting fixed. Yard furniture wasn’t usable (but also too hot to really hang outside). Easy to communicate to and quick responses.

Summary: Our host went above and beyond to ensure our happy stay. The house is older but in excellent repair, with a quaint kitchen with lots of appliances, and updated bathrooms. The large enclosed patio room with the king bed and sofa was exactly what my cousin, his wife and 2 young kids needed for a comfortable stay. After we had checked out, we realized my husband had left important medications in the bathroom, and the host graciously let us back in. Thank you for helping us have a super Christmas!

Summary: Overall this was a perfect base camp for our speech tournament. A little smell of weed in the neighborhood, but overall a wonderful experience and nothing the host could prevent.

Summary: The house was as described maybe even better. It was clean and had lots of upgrades even more than described. Very nice house and well worth the price. I would say that it sleeps 10 more comfortably than11. The property owner was very kind and responded promptly always even offering up extra things which was nice. The only downside was the neighborhood is not all that great but again it Serviced its purpose and amd we would stay here again!! Thank you Fong!
