Built in 1905, this historic home has been restored and furnished with everything a large family or group of friends would ever need to entertain and enjoy the great city of Milwaukee. This exclusive 5000sqft 4-level home has 7 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 2 full & 3 half bathrooms to sleep up to 23 guests comfortably. We can accommodate for more guests up to 30 with an extra guest fee at $25 per guest per night after the first 12 guests. Guests are welcome to bring additional bedding such as air beds. We welcome wedding parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthdays, baby showers, family reunions, any reason for you & your large group to gather and celebrate!

Our location is absolute premium, mere blocks away from Downtown Milwaukee and Lake Michigan, a vibrant and energetic neighborhood filled with endless possibilities for entertainment, cultural experiences, and culinary delights. Milwaukee is renowned for its rich history, thriving arts scene, and deep-rooted brewing culture. Immerse yourself in history at the Milwaukee Art Museum, explore the Harley-Davidson Museum, or take a stroll along the scenic RiverWalk or get a bit & drink at the public market. For sports enthusiasts, catch a game at the iconic MKE Bucks Fiserv Forum or visit the legendary American Family Field to cheer on the Milwaukee Brewers.
Please be mindful that this suburban home was built in 1905 and has some age to it. There has natural wear & tear on the floors and trim but otherwise, she's well-kept and well-loved. Please park only on the side of the property as the other side is restricted for the elementary school across the street. During the day, the parking in the front gets filled but does empty out overnight.
Pets: We do not allow pets at this listing and if any evidence of pets including poop, hair, or other stains or damages they leave behind, then a minimum $300 pet fee will be applied.
