Positive: The place was amazing. The location was great since it was right next to Rokugodate Station and a bit away from the heart of Kawasaki, making it quiet at night. Because the station was within 5 minutes walking distance, it makes a great place to stay with family or friends since you're essentially getting a 2 floor house that offers 3 bedrooms and a total of 5 beds. The larger the group, the more affordable the stay becomes. The place also offers many accommodations; towels, shampoo/body wash, slippers, microwave, toaster oven, stove, etc. Being able to do my laundry there was a plus. They provide a small drying rack to use inside the house, or you can use the balcony to hang your clothes for air dry. It was a bit upsetting that there wasn't an actual drying machine, but that was honestly the least of my concerns. Although it's not a "Tokyo" stay, I genuinely believe that it was an optimal stay. The place being in Kawasaki allows you to go visit Yokohama and Tokyo without it being over a 1 hour commute (depends where in Tokyo you want to visit, but it's not too bad when you take the express trains). Personally, I enjoyed this location because I have friends that live in Kawasaki, so being able to visit them within walking distance was amazing. I also enjoyed this area because the anime "Girls Band Cry" takes place in the city of Kawasaki, so you can see a lot of places that were in the anime or referenced in it. I wish I could've stayed longer, but I had to book another place closer to Narita airport since I didn't want to be the person on the train with a big suitcase taking up space for over 2 hours in transit.

Negative: 1st floor main hallway was a bit cold because there's no heating system in the hallway, but I figured that was a given since I came to Japan during winter.

Positive: Everything was perfect. The location.( A bit far from Downtown), but very close to haneda airport. The house was spacious and clean.... We had everything, we needed in the house. We had Kawasaki station to go and come back with the jr line to and from Downtown. Very quiet neighborhood! .The instructions were pretty easy to follow to get to the house and to get access to the house

Negative: I think, They need medium size trash cans outside. We had lots of trash for 4 people in the space of 3 days. The Internet coverage for the rooms downstairs. Not very stable. The rest was excellent.

Positive: SO much space which was perfect as the last stay on our trip. Close to the train station and convenience store which was great - and found out at the end of our stay that it was a quick and inexpensive taxi ride to the airport. Beds were VERY comfortable, all needed amenities and some unexpected ones.

Negative: While close to a train station, it was a smaller station not always on the main line so sometimes required extra stops to get there. Also good to note that the stairs are very steep so if anyone in your group has limited mobility they might be challenging.

Summary: Amazing value, comfortable with many amenities.
