Positive: We booked the entire house with three bedrooms, which was perfect for our family trip with a 9-month-old baby. It provided privacy, so we didn’t have to worry about disturbing others or being disturbed. Initially, we had some trouble finding the entrance door password, but a service staff member from Thailand arrived promptly and resolved the issue efficiently. He spoke excellent English, gave us a detailed introduction to the house facilities, and recommended some great nearby restaurants. The house was well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located within a short walking distance of Ritsurin Garden.

Negative: It would be great if the two small Japanese-style bedrooms had window blinds to block out the early sunlight and prevent us from being woken up too early.

Positive: The host was amazing, he came and showed us everything we needed to know and sent us a list of restaurants. He provided drinks and all the amenities were easy to use and top condition. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect and the kids absolutely loved it and wanted to stay more nights. It was so close to the supermarket which was a blessing as we grabbed the discounted dinner and drinks and everyone was super happy.
