Positive: Very spacious, nice to chill out on the Tatami after a day walking around Tokyo, taking a good shower and having your own kitchen to prepare breakfast! Easy to reach by foot from Ikebukuro Station, neighborhood feels safe.

Negative: Very close to a busy road, not ideal for light sleepers. The place smelled like cigarette fume when we got there, otherwise it was clean. Was not possible to connect to the staff over booking via message to request baggage drop off, we did not try to call though. Entering as described in the manual was easy.

Summary: Decent, spacious place to relax
