Positive: We had the whole house to ourselves, and were free to use all appliances. The place was clean and easy to checkin on our own with minimal fuss. Free parking, with lot allocated meant we had peace of mind on late arrival.

Negative: Steep stairs to bedroom.

Positive: The location is dab smack in the middle of the city, located next to a Kurazushi (revolving sushi restaurant) as well as a GEO game store and a large second hand bazaar. The best method of getting and traveling from this location is a car, although the nieghborhood is very walkable, with a conbini just across the street. The parking lot is also close to the propety. Plenty of space. The house is wonderfully spacious for a Japanese home. The bedroom upstairs has it's own dedicated AC unit, as does the tatami room for the futon users downstairs (it shares the AC unit with the living/kotatsu room, but it's small enough that it can count as one large room. The place is lovely and clean. The toilet is heavenly, and the kitchen is wonderfully prepared as well. The hosts were kind enough to be available if we ever needed them, and provided us with some wonderful refreshments, left for us.

Negative: Just a warning. To get into the shower room, it's a tight fit. The tub and shower room itself is spacious enough, and the pressure is great, but to access it, you'll have to be sure to go in one at a time.
