Positive: + The bathroom was nice and quite new. + Everything was very clean + Since I did not get feedback to my reservations and E-Mail i called to make sure the reservation holds. Everything was ok + Evo / Ivo the manager, is very nice and helpful. + Excellent breakfast - Bulgarian toast with cheese & ayran, very good coffee

Negative: - The bed was quite worn out. I did not sleep well. This is the most important point for every accommodation and the main reason for my mark <9. - The carpet was equally worn out and stained (but not necessarily dirty). - Light smell of cigarette smoke - thin walls

Positive: It was quiet and the manager was very eager but didn’t we quite deliver

Negative: Difficulty to access upon arrival, manager was sleeping so didn’t hear me arriving. Couldn’t enjoy the included breakfast as manager hadn’t prepared it in time for my departure to the airport (although we agreed the previous night the exact timing). The mattress needs updating, was quite work and not firm.
