Positive: The very big space we had, bathrooms everywhere. Large kitchen with everything you need (no ricecooker, we brough it with us)and open glassen sitting room. Cleaness everywhere. Friendly housemates and staff unfortunately they only spoke France and English the head of the staff thinks with you and is most beautiful hostess of Paris and surroundings. Close at a market hall and supernarket. Next to a busstop and enough parkingplaces accross the house. RER stop at 15 minutes walk with direct line to Gare Nord , a lake and shopping centre 25 minutes walk. Also with the car Paris was reachable.

Negative: I though that we got two bedrooms with seperate beds because of the pictures and the name double room. That was not the case so mine female travelmate was angry and wanted out, so the staff putted a fake wall in form of a curtain. I though we had our own bathroom but that was outside the room while was it next to our room, but we had to share it with others. One person just lay in a corner on a matras. The house was fuller with different people then I though, it was not only tourists. The staff live in the basement. The street at night was bussier then I though. The stairs was very high and narrow and i had a big suitcase.

Summary: Value for your money, perfect location, beauty hostess but not a villa.
