Positive: Pet-Friendly Friendly-Staff Spacious room Good breakfast Close to the marina

Negative: Close to the street where the traffic lights are and it is Too loud There is a bar with loud parties in the ground floor where it is too loud every night till 4 AM Poor communication of the reception staff They overcharged us way too much $290 is not $245 Unorganized and unsafe parking spots There is flies in the breakfast area

Summary: Pay attention to your car when you park it , it is better to pay online than at the property because you would br charge

Negative: The water in the bathroom wouldn't drain, the entire hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes, club music could be heard in the rooms, and useless items were left in the corners of the rooms.

Positive: Staff were wonderful, check in was fast. Location near Beach was great.

Negative: No breakfast options, everyone gets the same small meal. Room near highway was noisy.

Summary: Great location breakfast not the best.

Positive: the hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul, and most of the sightseeing is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Negative: the only problem with this stay was the loudness of the neighbors, the music from the bars was too high. the staff helped us to change our room to a calmer room which felt better.
