Positive: The choice of rooms was fabulous. Great way to spend time with extended family together in one spot. Love the grounds and interior. Barbecue area and fire was a lovely way to spend the evenings. Would totally recommend for large group- especially a bridal party getting ready for a wedding.

Positive: Lovely outside area to have a BBQ and a few drinks. Great garden to explore and bird watch from. Huge main bedroom area with beautiful views over Wellington.

Negative: The main bathroom had toiletries, but the other bathroom didn't have them.

Positive: Grand estate with lovely views and grounds. Lots of space for our team which was perfect for us. This house is perfect for large groups.

Negative: The kitchen had a few faulty applicances: the top oven and the insinkerator weren't working at all. The technician came to fix it on the day we left. We messaged the property manager on day 2 but had no reply. Bedroom 5 and 6 were only accessible from the outside which was not mentioned in the details at all. Since we had 15 year old girls staying it wasn't appropriate for them and we had to move mattresses into the house. One dining room chair was broken from the start. When one of the girls sat down she fell to the floor. 3 bathrooms are listed but only 2 with showers which was misleading and led to longer queues for our 14 people to shower.

Summary: Our basketball team enjoyed our stay overall. Just a few niggly issues as described, otherwise fine.
