Summary: This home is in a wonderfully quiet area. It was the perfect place for a quiet getaway to relax and refresh. The house isn't brand new but it is well kept, well stocked, and very clean. Barbara was responsive with any question. The view is everything! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Pretty nice house, with everything that you need to have a great weekend getaway. Right in front of the lake; really quiet neighborhood. Barbara also did everything to help us have a pleasant stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: We stay in ST rentals several times a year. This year we wanted to be on RC for the 4th. The house is located near Benda Ranch which is a ranch that has animals like camels and zebra. My kids loved that. The house was clean when we arrived. The driveway had plenty of parking for our boat and 2 trucks. The dock was fine for fishing (not covered but we used umbrellas.) Lots of catfish were caught. Rooms and beds were comfortable. There is no laundry but they are working on it. We enjoyed our stay and our time on the lake.

Summary: Chose this place for a Mother's Day getaway with my family and it did not disappoint! My mom loved all of the decor and furnishings. The backyard was the perfect place for everyone to relax and enjoy the wildlife. The pier was everyone's favorite place to hang out and fish. And fish we did! We caught enough catfish to have a nice fish fry on the last day of our stay. My dad is already planning our next trip to Richland Chambers and we will definitely book with Barbara again. She was a very responsive, friendly, and accommodating host.

Summary: We really loved our time at this property! It was peaceful with tons of ways to relax. We were initially leery of trusting a stranger's hot tub sitting out in their backyard (lol), but it was super clean and maintained very well! We would absolutely stay here again, thanks Barb!

Summary: This was a lovely base for a weekend of sky diving. So much better than sticking to a hotel on 45! The kitchen is fully functional with pots, pans, utensils, and just anything you need to cook. We really enjoyed getting to stay in and enjoy the lake - starting each morning with tea and coffee on the dock with the sun on our shoulders. The host was very responsive to all questions and concerns. Two thumbs up, Joe Bob says check it out. Definitely hoping to stay there again.
