The large (1500 sq. ft.) guest upper floor has a spacious living/dining area with 16' ceilings, beautiful mahogany and leather furniture, and a 65" 4k HD LED TV w/ Netflix. There are two bedrooms with full ocean views, w/ 43" 4K LED TVs, two bathrooms, a full kitchen with an ocean view and new appliances, a laundry room and a very large lanai seating and dining area (balcony/deck) with a fabulous panoramic ocean view. This gated access home is air conditioned (very quiet Mitsubishi 3 zone mini-split system) but you likely won't need it! The Mountain, Haleakala, looms behind this beautiful property, and cool breezes descend from the mountain at night.
The 2 bedroom / bathroom combinations are at opposite ends of the home for quiet time separation.
Open beam ceilings, travertine, redwood, mahogany, granite, and marble are throughout.
The ocean/islands view is amazing and overlooks lush tropical vegetation and the Southwest Shoreline - specifically The Four Seasons Resort and Grand Wailea Hotels, and beyond to Molokini and Kahoolawe.
The secluded lower yard has a large private deep at one end swimming pool, lawn area, BBQ and dining area and a peaceful well kept fish pond with a running stream.
The property is lush and tropical with mature flowering vegetation on all sides. At the front of the home there are two enchanting waterfalls as you approach the entry area.
The best beaches on Maui are within several minutes drive down the hill. If you enjoy walking... the hillside where this home is located is a secluded neighborhood... all properties are half an acre minimum and spread apart.
Area attractions within minutes include Golf, world class Restaurants, the Shops at Wailea, Spas, Luaus, the beach-path, water-sports and the best of Maui sightseeing.
Full laundry room, and complimentary 5Ghz mesh WIFI in all areas.

Summary: My husband and I stayed in Kihei with our two teenage children at this beautiful home. The house was beautiful and well appointed with all the comforts and amenities of both a home and a resort. Our hosts were helpful and very friendly, answering questions, giving recommendations and making us feel incredibly welcome. We had no complaints about anything.

Summary: We had high expectations for this property and it did not disappoint. Located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of native plants and a killer view made this a relaxing vacation. The private pool was great and the house was well stocked with everything we needed, including pool floats, beach chairs, beach towels, and more. We were close to beaches, shops, restaurants and more. We preferred staying in the Kihei area rather than Ka’anapali, which is much busier and touristy. Only one suggestion: the bedrooms need new/different pillows. The ones in the house are really soft and mushy. We prefer firmer pillows.

Summary: The house did not disappoint. Stunning views from the time you enter the property. Lots of natural light. House has been updated nicely. The lenai overlooking the pool is the focal point and highlight of the home. Located in Wailea, fine dine and world class golf courses are minutes away. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible. The hosts Dave and Connie were great and gave us a heads up about the fireworks display visible from the lenai on the 4th og July. It was fabulous. Highly recommend this home for a fantastic stay in Maui

Summary: EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOME WAS WONDERFUL...THE VIEW IS AMAZING AND WE JUST SAT FOR HOURS AND WATCHED IT'S BEAUTY. KITCHEN WAS WELL STOCKED AND MADE COOKING EASY. ENJOYING THE POOL WAS FANTASTIC. THE HOME, EVEN ON THE HILL, WAS CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING. EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS AND THE HOME WAS WELL STOCKED TO MAKE OUR STAY ENJOYABLE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AND WE HOPE TO RETURN AGAIN!
