Positive: The host was very generous. She offered us the larger room. She also provided coffee, breakfast, bottled water and towels even though they were not included in the booking. She also welcomed us with some cup noodles so we can have dinner since we arrived late.

Negative: The AC was right next to the bed without any controls and it got very cold at night. The bathroom was fine since we didn’t have to share it.

Summary: Cozy place, generous host and good location near the uni and the subway station.

Positive: The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. There was tea and coffee available. The wifi worked well.

Negative: The information about how to get into the property was sent after I had left UK so I didn't receive the email. Fortunately, our taxi driver allowed us to use his phone as a UK phone would not ring a Canadian phone. I think instructions should be sent earlier as we had travelled a long way and were not able to get in. We were a long way from the city. I think it needs to be pointed out that there is a TTC train that takes you to the right area as it was confusing when we first arrived.

Summary: It was everything we read about and was adequate for what we wanted.
