Summary: We had a great time at this lovely villa. The pool area is excellent with plenty of sunbeds for relaxing and tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The property is spacious and well equipped. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. We would happily return here again.

Summary: The villa its self is huge and the pool area is stunning . Once we got our bearings we realised how close we were to everything . Villa was immaculate and the attention to detail was unreal . Tia was easy to contact very approachable and couldn’t do enough to help .

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Villa Katrin in May 2025, following a cruise, and spent a few relaxing days there with another couple. Communication with our host, Tia, was excellent from the start—she was warm, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. Upon our arrival, she greeted us personally and shared great recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, which helped us settle in quickly.The villa itself is ideally located—close to the airport and just a 15-minute drive from Old Rhodes Town. While other modes of transportation are available, I would recommend renting a car for convenience. Villa Katrin is well situated near a supermarket, a fantastic bakery, and a friendly neighborhood restaurant called Whispers.The home is comfortable and thoughtfully designed. One cloudy day, we experienced a shortage of hot water (as the home relies primarily on solar heating, which we appreciated for its sustainability). Tia was quick to assist and explained how to activate the supplementary water heater, which solved the issue easily. A small suggestion would be to include a binder or guidebook in the villa with instructions for appliances, local tips, and nearby points of interest—it would be very handy for guests.The cooktop required a bit of guidance as well, but again, Tia was incredibly helpful. The pool was a real highlight—we were pleasantly surprised to be able to swim comfortably in May!A minor recommendation: having plastic glasses available for use around the pool

Summary: The property looks as shown or even nicer! It has a really large pool and everything you need for relaxing hollidays. Tia is a great host who will give you a lot of nice tips (restaurants or sightseeingtours ). The beach is just around the corner, such is the old town of Rhodes (10“).

Summary: This place is even bigger than the photos suggest - so clean and well kitted out for a week away - if you decide to self cater or eat out. The pool is superb with loads of loungers. Tia welcomes us to the apartment on arrival and couldn’t be any more helpful during the week. The location-wise it s about a 15 min walk from Ialysos, or 10 mins to the taxi rank that takes you to Rhodes (£10 fixed fee). For those that like the beach it’s a short walk about 5 mins, and anyone wanting to rent a car/bike/pushbike/scooter there’s loads of local places to try out. Would definitely recommend to others.

Summary: We cannot fault the service Tia gave us. She was amazing. From trying to sort us a taxi when ours didn’t turn up, adapting timings to suit us and the lovely little touches which made our stay perfect. The villa was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, pool was beautiful. It’s right next to a supermarket which was really handy and a bigger Spar gave more choice and was only a five minute walk. There are some lovely eateries and the beach is perfect to watch the sunset. Thank you Tia for making our trip to Rhodes so lovely. We would highly recommend this villa.
