Positive: Villa Betonia is gorgeous. Much more spacious than the pictures make it look. 4 big bedrooms. The kitchen has all you would need for a holiday stay together with a laundry room to keep on top of the kids clothes. The view from the kitchen out over the sea and the lighthouse was the perfect view for making morning coffee. The outdoor space is ideal. An upper balcony for relaxing and eating in the evenings, and the pool side area for the day time.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: A brilliant property, we will return.

Positive: Good location, plenty of space in the villa. Amazing view of the sea from the terrace. Good sized pool. We asked for more pillows which the host brought the next day. People had left buckets, spades etc which our children enjoyed using at the beach. Ting ting train is great for getting around and visiting other nearby places such as splash sur water park and Binibeca

Negative: The grass was very long, the host arrived on our second day and told us they would return the next day to cut it but they never did. Bats for the table tennis table but no ball. Downstairs shower head didn’t stay up properly. Oven door catch was broken making it dangerous if the glass moved.

Summary: Enjoyable stay in Punta Prima, great view of the sea and light house, the kids loved the pool.

Positive: Liked the location, the fact there were 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms including air con. Good to have a washing machine and dishwasher. It was clean and tidy with plenty of crockery, glasses, kitchen ware, pans etc. Lovely outside eating area well lit.

Negative: Not enough towels, would have been nice to have some extra to use by the pool. Welcome pack would have been good even if it just had the basics, ie milk, water, bread etc to get us started. Only able to contact by 'what's app' but it took a long while to get any response. Fortunately. We didn't have any problems or emergencies otherwise this would have been a big problem. It was disappointing as this issue has been raised a couple of weeks prior to our departure. There was only 1 umbrella by the pool which wasn't enough for 4 people, plus it was in a bad condition, torn and the stand didn't appear to be the correct one, it wobbled about a lot. Privacy was an issue with the upstairs bathroom as it was only slightly higher than the terrace of the villa next door so they could see in when you got out of the shower, a blind would have helped. Same with the upstairs bedroom that faced the main road. Not enough pillows, there was only 1 in one of the double bedrooms.

Positive: The location, stunning views, fab pool, great outside seating - very spacious accommodation. Perfect! Owners very helpful & responded very quickly to any queries.

Negative: The kitchen was badly designed - fridge behind the door! Some of the doors were hard to open

Positive: Very clean, the layout was lovely, dining with a view of the sea and the pool below with the patio for deck chairs was great. The pool is big and deep which was really nice and having the grass area too was good for kids. The living areas and bedrooms were very spacious and the kitchen was stocked well with pots and pans etc for us to cook most nights. the laundry room was also helpful to keep on top of washing and wet clothes from the pool. The owners were great at communicating and were very accommodating to our request for an early check in and late check out. all in all it was a really fantastic stay.

Negative: Some doormats would be handy for wet feet as the tile is very slippery when wet. A small welcome pack of bread/tea/milk would have been appreciated before having time to collect supplies. A pool net to remove the odd leaves and bugs during the week would have been helpful. And finally a few beach towels would have been handy as these are bulky to pack, however we were able to purchase some for quite cheap in the town.

Summary: A wonderful villa, great pool, stunning views and great for families to enjoy time together.
