Positive: The Homestay is located near the attractions (St Joseph Church, Old Quarter). They have laundry machines at the first floor which is of great help for travelers. The Room is so spacious and there are a lot of amenities also. They allow early check ins provided that there are no occupants a night before, making the stay convenient for travelers with no add on costs.

Negative: 1. Not good for Elders or someone with health issues since you need to Climb stairs. For us we are located at the 3rd floor. 2. We ask assistance for a motorbike rental and at first the price given is 150.000 dong. However, when we go to the shop it is more than the amount, The price is lowered when we negotiate but still higher than 150.000.

Positive: This place went well above our expectations. The room is immaculate and spacious. The beds were comfy and clean. Its really a good value for money for budget travellers. They even have a self-laundry service.

Negative: There is no elevator,so be prepared to carry your bags up and down.

Positive: I liked how close it was to the main locations which made it very accessible. The bathroom was very clean which is a huge plus. The room was spacious and clean as well. Lastly, the manager Chris is a very sweet and accommodating guy.

Negative: The AC had v low power so the room did not cool down very well even after having it on for hours. Also, we booked a room with a private balcony but did not get one.

Positive: Firstly the location, it was right in the city center. Everything was so accessible from this location. Secondly the host- he has been the most helpful person & even allowed us to check in early which is usually a main issue.

Negative: Honestly there was nothing to dislike about the property.
