Our characterful one bedroom duplex apartment is set in a stylish and elegant art-deco building and comprises of a huge open plan living room.
Set in the heart of Leeds this apartment offers the ideal base for short and long stays in Leeds.
This is a stunning one bedroom duplex apartment, hosing up to four guests at a time.
On the first floor a large spacious open plan living room and kitchen with the most amazing picture window that dominates the space and floods it with beautiful natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, hob, oven, washing machine and fridge freezer. There's a smart dining area which comfortably accommodates four people.
The bathroom has a large shower / bath.
Then there's a spiral staircase that takes you up to a separate bedroom. Where a king size bed and a spacious wardrobe with high mirrors are located.
The flat is all for you to enjoy. We will meet you upon arrival, hand over the keys and give you all the guidance you need. Then we will leave you to enjoy your visit to Leeds. We will always be accessible to you by phone.

Summary: The apartment couldn't have been more central and we were lucky enough to have a lovely cafe next door which served an excellent brunch. As for the apartment it was very spacious and comfortable. I did feel on a personal level my experience would have been greatly enhanced by having a smart TV and perhaps softer pillows
