Positive: Beautiful apartment! We couldn't get over the space, cleanliness, elegance, views, luminosity & decor. Rooms & bathrooms exceedingly clean.& spacious .I can be very scrupulous at times but my mind stayed at peace because of the clean natural smell throughout the apartment. No tobacco smell nor dust odor, no triggers. 2 cold bottles of water & a nice cold bottle of wine nice touch for a family traveling with children during one of the hottest months of the year. Big thank you. Mercadona is 2 minutes walk away for your needs. A big plus. There's a pay parking but we were extremely blessed to find a free parking space near the apartment. Wi-Fi stays strong. Central AC was a top bonus but we didn't abuse it. When we didn't need it we turned it off.. I hope to come back soon. Fully recommend. Thank you to the staff ready to answer any questions.

Negative: The stairs for those people with bad knees or major physical disabilities. There is no elevator. The card keys option didn't work for us. We used the entering codes option

Positive: Nice location, it was easy to get in and out with codes on the doors and not keys or cards, the staff was really helpful nice, and quick to respond when we had any questions or issues. Also had a place to store our luggage after the check out what was really helpful. Fully recommend the stay.

Negative: Nothing to highlight, everything was perfect!

Positive: Beautiful apartment. Very modern and comfortable. Stunning location. The roof top terrace was lovely . Great bathrooms and crisp white sheets

Negative: Stunning but not great for anyone older or unwell, as was seven stories up with no lift. Luckily my 81 year old mum is fit and healthy !

Positive: Very clean; Location (surrounded by excellent restaurants and easy walk to main attractions and shopping) ; Staff; Design and decor; Comfortable beds and good linens (towels and bedsheets); Ease of parking.

Negative: No elevator. No shower door to keep water from going all over the floor. Need plants and lamps to soften the ambience in the dining area.

Summary: Very good maintenance & management. Clean. Comfortable. Super location!

Positive: What a superb apartment. We were greeted by Pablo who took the time to show us around the apartment and give us lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the city. He kindly carried our cases up to the apartment too. Prior to our arrival we were sent a WhatsApp group to communicate with Pablo and we then received daily updates and offers for advice or support with anything that we needed. Communication was excellent and really made everything so smooth with our trip. We were lucky to have a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of the building. We were not disappointed. Beautifully appointed with lovely comfortable beds, and excellent quality linen. New bathrooms, with quality fittings. The kitchen and living space was lovely and modern and beautiful floor to ceiling doors open to the outside. The entrance and exit doors were excellent with electronic key codes, so no need to worry about keys. Pablo showed us to a local restaurant and secured a table for us for lunch - a nice authentic local restaurant and the tapas was fabulous.

Negative: Absolutely nothing to dislike! Superb in every way.

Summary: Absolutely superb modern apartment. Highly recommended!
