Villa Diani is a house located in the central area of Binibeca and recently renovated, it is in a very good situation although it does not have a view of the sea, it has a very nice and fresh garden area to be under the shade of the trees. It is only about 500m approx. from the white sand beach of Binibeca and near the Cala Torret area where you can find a variety of restaurants as well as bars, supermarket and bakery. The famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell is approx. one km, where you can walk. Villa Diani has 4 double bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, and two with two single beds each. It has 3 bathrooms, two of them en suite and the third shared by the other two rooms. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is also very comfortable and recently renovated in a modern style, open to the dining room with all the necessary appliances so that you can cook your favorite meals during your stay. The living room has comfortable sofas where you can spend time watching television or listening to your favorite music. It has several slopes so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility
. Outside we find a terrace with table and chairs with a nice view of the garden, then the pool area with sun loungers, a barbecue area and a pergola with table and chairs where you can enjoy dinner outside.
There is a baby cot available free of charge, and a high chair for a fee. A second baby cot is available, if requested, for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.

Summary: We were absolutely delighted with Villa Diani. The secluded location, the quirky nature of the villa and the spacious garden made for an excellent holiday. The quirky nature of the villa was enhanced by excellent modern facilities and by a large pool. The two weeks flew by and we are now already planning for next year.

Summary: The villa is big, our party of 7 easily fit with room to spare. The outside space is lovely, covered area by the pool, plenty of loungers and sun shades. We used the barbecue twice and it really added to the feel of the holiday, really relaxed. The pool is brilliant, not a harsh chlorine one but perfect for the kids to swim in all day. There's a little cut through to a little playground and beyond that, the beach so it's in a great location. We really wish we had booked for two weeks instead of 8 days! Hopefully will return there next year!

Summary: What a place! Beautifully equipped with literally everything you would need. Dishwasher, washing machine, pool, TV with all the bells and whistles and an array of cutlery and cooking equipment. The villa is recently done up and is done to a stunning spec. Having travelled extensively and rented a lot of places, this stands up there as the best. We all loved it and if we come back to menorca would rent it without question.
