Summary: Huis was prima. Hondenbezitters moeten rekening houden met kersenbomen in de tuin en vrije doorgang voor de hond naar de ruimte achter het huis. Verder lag het huis op een vrij steile helling en is het lastig te bereiken met de auto, (weinig ruimte voor indraaien in de smalle weg naar boven).
