Summary: Hotel in quiet area of ibiza. Only parking is down side street which is inconvenient when travelling with suitcases. No side entrances available into hotel. Staff only seem to be there to clear up after you, there is no service here with the exception of bar staff who are great. Reception team not really helpful with requests, nor do they want to go out of their way to help you with any simple task. Entertainment team do not work on Mondays so if its raining or is a overcast day and you want to do activities such as the mini golf, tennis, or any other activity which requires equipment stored with the entertainment team, you cannot! Why not store this at reception or somewhere else accessible? Breakfast and dinner options are barely warm no matter what time of day you arrive at the restaurant, however the food selection is good, just a shame it's never hot. Won't be returning to this hotel or area of ibiza.

Summary: The food was grim. Cheap quality and not appetising. Grounds are nice and good activities for older kids. Not a good place for under 3s. Terribly difficult place for single parents with two or more children.

Summary: The room smelt moldy, the sheets were stained and the food was absolutely disgusting. Undercooked and flavorless, i ended up sick the first night there. So we ate out for the rest of the time. The liquor was watered down. It’s more Kid, friendly than for adults And the beach is not a part of the resort. IT SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE THE MINUTE YOU ARRIVE,

Summary: Very good pools and overall resort experience. We stayed 3 days. The food variety and quality was very good. Very diverse selection of food, even my picky kids always had food options. I have a dairy allergy and had no trouble finding suitable food. Good variety of fitness activities and good gym

Summary: Hotel and facilites are brilliant, everything is in place. Hotel is clean and well maintained, food also lots of options. The entertainment in the evening is shocking, the only good act was the acrobat who amazing on the hoop. The other dancers are boring, It’s like watching your children who’ve made a dance up in the bedroom! It all starts late too. The evenings were disappointing. We went out a few times to escape it! Not entertaining for the adults at all.

Summary: The manager Bartosz was so friendly, he is really the best so informative and helpful. Any concerns he is the go to person and will assist and ensure all your needs are met. I would definitely recommend this location.

Summary: We just spent a week at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Even before our arrival, the hotel was very good, answering our queries very quickly. One of those queries was about where we could have our Antigen Corona-tests done and we found that the hotel had arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel every morning to do the tests (for a fee, but very convenient) and supply us with the certificates needed for return to the UK. There were lots of things to do in the hotel - crazy golf, archery, aerobics, aquarobics, table tennis without additional charge. There were tennis courts and beach volleyball courts there too. The hotel supplied free towels for the sun loungers and there were always plenty of loungers available. The food was always of the highest standard and there was such a variety of it, that everyone was catered for and you didn't feel like it was repetitive. One evening we booked a table at the hotel's restaurant right on the beach. The tapas meal we had there was excellent and the setting was just beautiful. Even though the beginning of September is not the main holiday season any more, there was evening entertainment with some excellent dance performances. All the staff speak several languages and made all the guests feel very welcome. Our thanks go to all the hotel staff.
