Positive: Breakfast great ! Location good but I was in a crutch so didn’t walk around outside ! Thai restaurant amazing ! Bar lounge loveky we sat in seating area outside bar and ramp up o thst which helped with me walking ! Lift great

Negative: The room we had 405 was very outdated ! Bed great but didn’t like windowhogh up you couldn’t see out and glass painted black ! Curtains awful old and didn’t close whole way ! Dressing table and drawers and side tables scuffed old wood and carpet could do with updating ! Was disappointed with room !

Summary: Thai restaurant fab ! Breakfast fab bar and lounge area fab ! Staff very attentive ! Room not good !

Positive: Friendly staff and atmosphere in the public bar. Bar food were good portions for the price.

Negative: We had a quirky odd shaped room on the 4th floor. Took an age for hot water to come through the pipes for a shower, the bathroom tiles were poorly fixed with grout missing and the hand basin was cracked, the bathroom fan did not work. We couldn't fully open the wardrobe door due to the fitting of the aircon!!! This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our ten day road trip and probably our least favourite. The hotel boasts 4 stars on the entrance but is a long way short of a 4* establishment. With the above said our room was clean and tidy.
