Positive: Eoin is very nice and attentive. Great host. Location is perfect. Close drive to Kilkenny.

Negative: The beds were not very comfortable. You can feel the bed springs coming through and the pillows were very flat. Also had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels, which wasn't a big deal, but if we are staying longer than 3 or 4 days (which we were), then the place could have been stocked some more. Or just pop by every few days with more supplies.

Positive: Our second time in Barrow Lane. We had a great time. Cannot beat the location. Right in the centre if town, with pub and supermarket right across the road. Playground and shop also super close. And of course the Barrow river that offers peaceful walk to next village. I think we'll be back for a third time soon.

Positive: Eoin the host was a gentleman. I initially had booked it for just myself to attend the Borris Festival, and there was no problem adding a friend who decided to join me. All correspondence was seamless, and the accommodation was warm and inviting. Lovely warm comfortable house with everything you require at your fingertips. Would highly recommend. Thank you to Eoin Rea, we will definitely be back.

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like, I have high standards, and they were all met.

Positive: The property was well equipped and in a great location for what was needed as visiting family.

Negative: The only fault I could say and it’s a very small one is there was no iron. There was a ironing board but no iron and it would have been nice to have had one to get some of the creases out of the clothes for travelling but apart from that it was exceptional so thank you.
