Summary: Booked two upgraded 45m2 room rooms for 5 & 4 days. Received one small corner room 38m2 & one 45m2. Aircon in the 38m2 corner room not working properly. Room temperature was too hot and stayed around 23/24 degrees, so didn't get much sleep. After 2 nights asked to change rooms to the 45m2, but they said no because all the rooms were booked out.

Summary: convenient location, next to a plaza where shops, food and grocery store was available. breakfast options available at same plaza where some cafes/bakeries open early. staff was very helpful with the bags when i had to carry my sleeping son.

Summary: Comfortable rooms decent location but is a little old in places now so condition isn’t amazing. Service was ok although they charged me twice for a deposit as they kept telling me the transaction wouldn’t go through. But English skills was good enough to help when I complained. I’m sure it’s a 1 off event.
