Positive: The location was just a short trip to the city centre. It had everything you needed. It was clean. It was close to amenities.

Negative: The kitchen and upstairs bathroom could do with a blind to maintain privacy.

Positive: The location was ideal and a very quiet area. Great to have free parking space outside the property. Shops close by and a bus into Exeter minutes away. It was like home away from home. Very well equipped and comfortable. Even the neighbours were friendly! One issue arose and it was dealt with very quickly. We look forward to returning!

Negative: Very small matters. There were light bulbs not working in the bedrooms and no instruction manual for the dishwasher. Had to buy matches for the gas hob as ignition not working but owner was unaware of the fault. One kitchen door was missing half the laminate but again, owner probably not aware as everything else was lovely. These things did not affect our stay at all.

Positive: Property was great. Couple of ring marks from liquid soap dispensers on surfaces - I would change them. But overall very good - I would use it again

Negative: As above. Property was fine but I wouldn’t want dealings with Staytor again. Earmarked the £200 deposit twice on 28/3, blaming the bank but it is common knowledge (& known to Staytor) that earmarks usually update overnight. Too many emails & notifications - a simple guide in the property & a single email with info would be enough. I do not want an email half way through a 2night stay (too short as it was) asking what check-out half hour slot I want!! If the check out time is 10am then that is the time, end of. Also Mike ? kept coming back to me by email & phone when I asked a question - a single email is enough. The second question was meant for the landlord. I have used Booking.com lots of times & never had such a ridiculous fuss
