Positive: Amazing Staff. Very friendly and superb location! Best value for money. The people are very helpful and nice. The room is extremely large. Larger than many 5-star hotel rooms!

Positive: Absolutely everything. Right from the check in to the check out. It is exactly as it look like comfortable stay with a cute little balcony, right next to the beach. It is located in a very quite and laid-back space perfect for people who are in Goa for leisure and wants to avoid any loud party noises. Special thanks to Anil for making things very convenient.

Positive: The room lacked proper painting as it had levels of paint changes where painting had taken place at different times. The toiletries were not available in the room till asked for. Otherwise, things were ok

Negative: The room could have been set up better with cleaning done in good time before the guests arrive. Replenishing of soap, shampoo, etc. must be done regularly. Also, the towels must be provided when guest requests for as we were conscious of preventing wastage.

Summary: The stay was good especially Mr. Anil Braganza was courteous
