Summary: I look forward to returning to a peaceful place with gracious hosts! The room was clean and spacious. Everything I needed to feel at home was waiting for me including home baked cookies. Alain and Denise are wonderful hosts and paid attention u to o my needs. Breakfast was delicious stree a ted with fresh fruit, followed by a changing entree, tomatoes from the garden. Alain knows the area well and offered great advice as well as interesting facts. All of this topped off with some great fiddle music during breakfast. Thank you a thousand times over for offering me a home away from home!

Summary: Alain and Denise were very welcoming. The stay was very comfortable with great views from room 1 on the front of the ground floor. They catered a very tasty vegetarian breakfast for us. Alain even treated us to a rendition on his fiddle.

Summary: Homemade frittata, bread, fruit cup and jams for breakfast prepared by Denise was accompanied by a very informative storytelling of the local history AND a quick little fiddle piece by Alain. Thank you both for a lovely stay.

Summary: Very clean accommodation and very comfortable. Fantastic hosts , close to restaurants and beach . Lovely breakfast with home cooking and home made bread. Host played the fiddle for breakfast guests and gave a slide show on the area and attractions

Summary: The hosts were fabulous! They were extremely knowledgeable about all facets of Cape Breton and Halifax, both historic and current. The food was delicious. It was skillfully prepared and fresh, even the bread was home made. I would recommend this B and B without hesitation.
