Summary: Steven's home was comfortable, clean, and cool, the latter being very important as the temperature hovered between 90 and 100 degrees during our visit to Springfield. The property offered everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Summary: This home is perfect for events at the Illinois State Fairgrounds. We stayed there for a national sheep show we were attending. Easy trip to and from the fairgrounds. It was a HOT week and the house was a cool oasis, the hot tub was so nice after a long day on our feet. Lots of restaurants and grocery options close by. Comfortable beds and a safe, quiet neighborhood. We were there on the Fourth of July and enjoyed fireworks from the front porch. Absolutely plan to stay again if we are in the area.

Summary: Girls trip and this spacious house with two great showers/bathrooms had plenty of room for us. Location was perfect for us to try different restaurants, shopping areas, and sight-seeing stops. We used the rocking chairs on the front porch every day!

Summary: We came to the area to attend a Celebration of Life for a very dear member of our family. There was plenty of room for us. The home is just as pictured and located on the far west side of Springfield. Close to restaurants and shopping. Home has a large bright nicely stocked kitchen including all kitchen utensils one might need for cooking, a laundry area just outside the kitchen with washer and dryer. The home is older and has been remodeled with nice decor and was quite clean. Would definitely rent again if back in the area.

Summary: This neat, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated home was perfect for our family while we were in Springfield for a family wedding. Kitchen appliances as well as washer and dryer are new, clean, and work well. The furniture is comfy and very nice. The fenced-in backyard was great for our dog to run around in. The home’s location was perfect for us, as we could easily drive to see friends and family, go shopping, and do some sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it.
