Summary: I and my son are really enjoy stay in this hotel, it’s the best hotel I have ever stay around the world, room clean, customer service is the best of politeness, front desk and hotel employee helped me at 4 am when I was really sick and brought me to hospital ( ER/ UGD ) and he waited me till I released from hospital, manager hotel checked on me in the morning and over meal to bring up to my room. I am looking forward to stay here in the future. Thank you so much for best services.

Summary: This is my third time I stayed in that beautiful hotel, staff are very friendly, rooms are clean have no bad smell and plenty of space in the room. You can have different exotic indo food and also western cuisine. Shortly a place to stay everytime you come to bangka.

Summary: Overall is a wonderful experience. The check in is a little bit too long because they cannot find my booking. It turned out that hotels.com made the booking through expedia. But all the staffs are nice and helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast that’s why I cannot give the review. The swimming pool is s little bit with open space which the neighbors (people who live around the hotel) can see you a bit.
