Set in the popular suburb of Brighton, in a tree lined street, a short drive to the beach, plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs close by.
This studio apartment is set back from the road, quiet, peaceful and private.
Perfect for a couples getaway, or a worktrip, or simply to enjoy by yourself.
One bedroom place attached to an art deco home, with your own private entrance and space. Beautifully decorated to make you feel more at home.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove ,oven and a coffee maker. Comfortable queen sized bed and even bathrobes to enjoy throughout your stay. From the bedroom you have views through the french doors that lead out to the private tranquil courtyard for you to have your morning coffee or at the end of the day glass of complimentary wine.
Guests have access to the entire space.
We are only a phone call or text message away. We are close by so are able to promptly assist where needed.
Brighton is an affluent suburb and houses some of the wealthiest people in Melbourne with grand homes. Brighton is also well known for Dendy Street Beach with it’s 82 colourful beach boxes.

If you don’t have a car uber is the easiest way to get around.

We are committed to protecting our property and guests, which is why we’ve partnered with TRUVI, the leading vacation rental guest screening provider.
Prior to staying you will be required to fill out a form. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest, as well as choosing between a security deposit/waiver. If the security deposit is chosen a small non-refundable administration fee is charged.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between: 9PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking/vaping inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking/vaping takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
Lastly, all bookings require a check-in form completed before arrival. You must agree to our terms & conditions, upload a photo ID & selfie of the primary guest. All non-Airbnb guests must choose between a waiver/security deposit (security deposits incur a non-refundable admin fee) with our partner TRUVI.

Summary: This property is quite small but it it beautiful. It has everything you need & is very clean & tidy. Communication with manager is very slow, if at all, but very quick to send out rules, regulations & payment times, that said it is a great place to stay & I would recommend it.

Summary: The easiness of booking and dealing with the host was extremely helpful. Delightful unit and so private and safe. Everything in unit you could possibly need and spotlessly clean.I spent the majority of my time with family, but it was a joy to come back to at night.
