Summary: The house was perfectly set up for the adults to have their own area and the teens to have theirs. The pool was great and the shuttle was wonderful! Paula was so punctual and wonderful to speak to. The teens loved that they were in walking distance to so many shops and the beach. Only issue would be the size of the beach access area the house had access to. There were so many people trying to use the same area, about 60 feet across (no tents or umbrellas on private beaches adjacent to public area) that it terrible to try and set up your stuff. We tried a few other public entry points near us and it was all the same issue. We were there on thr busiest week of thr year, so this may not be an issue other times of the year. This isn't the property owners fault at all! Just be aware that you need to get to beach early to get a good spot.

Summary: Place was filthy. Unwashed towels left in bathroom. Open chips left in drawer. Carpet stained socks. Sinks not draining properly sofas filthy with red and blue stains unwashed pot left in drawer. Water leaking from freezer. Fridge not cooling properly Did not even have enough towels to accommodate the allowed guest NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A FIVE STAR!!!

Summary: Great neighborhood and close to everything. Nice pool! Cleanliness left a lot to be desired though (ants everywhere). Leak in the freezer, master bedroom sink doesn’t drain well, dryer ripped clothes, several tv/dvd didn’t work, screen in dining area needs fixed. Would stay again though because there was so much room and close to everything
