Positive: Location to where I needed to be was great. Cleanliness was excellent.

Negative: Mattress was too hard for my back but I know this is hard to get right for everyone. I would love to come back to this flat but wondered if a mattress topper would be an option for the bed. Also a mirror in main bedroom would be nice I dragged through standing mirror from small room to get my hair dried and make up done, also a towel rail or hooks on bathroom door would be great as there is nowhere to hang up towels to dry off.
