Summary: We rented this house for the first time to be able to visit my relatives in JAX area and go to the beaches, and it was perfect for both. Really nice, spacious house that had plenty of beds for our family and the pool/spa and gazebo arrangement was amazing. Fully screened in and nice view of lake. My kids loved the spa. Nice, quiet neighborhood and quick access to Walmart, Publix, etc. Easy 15 minute drive to JAX beach. Owner was very responsive to my questions. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Summary: The property is well groomed. The neighborhood is safe with great walking area. Lots of parks located nearby. The house is nicely furnished with 4 bedrooms: 2 have king size beds. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch in the back yard. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was attentive and answered our questions promptly.
