Summary: Overall room was clean. The bathroom had a sour odor to it. During the day you heard construction noises from above. Besides that everything else was ok.

Summary: Switched to this hotel after a nightmare hotel our first night of our weekend down here. Hotel was clean. Didnt use any amenities as we were super busy with other activities. Minor complaint but wish we had the option for late checkout like many other hotels offer.

Summary: The rooms are outdated, nothing like the pictures the bathroom room it was dirty the wallpaper on the walls its dirty with spots on them. Then room carpet its so gross that you walk barefoot inside the room and you feet are black. The beds are not queens beds they are more like full size beds. Small for two adults to sleep in. The room smell so much to bleach that i had allergies. The Hallways carpet had dirty spots and bleach on the carpet. Needs more cleaning overall. The pool was freezing and the jacuzzi was closed with plywood on top and plants all around. Not much to do if you have kids.

Summary: The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is because the hotel didn’t have any hot water to take a shower. I stayed for 2 days so it wasn’t too bad but not having any hot water can ruin a trip.

Summary: Our bathroom had used washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod. Our patio had trash in the corner ( used cup and napkins). We had to go ask for towels. And nobody picked up our room the 3 days we stayed or brought more coffee pods.
