Summary: One week family holiday to visit Xi’an, full amenities, good service. But hotel is a bit old.

Summary: The rooms division is terrible. Front desk ineffficient, not providing the expected services, lack knowledge, skills and information. Drainage in shower cabinet is too slow, towel taken away although is hung as directed for protection of enivronment. only one bath towel for one guest. Socket should be international type, not Chinese type(you are international hotel, right?). F&B is excellent. Excellent service. Good food quality. Good value for money, good ambience. couldn't ask for more. Please keep up the good work and improve your short falls if you want to stay in your competion with others. Summary: The bed is big. We had king size bed. Can actually sleep 3 adults. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cafe snacks and drinks are abit pricy. Hotel not so modern.

Summary: The room is very clean and comfortable, the hotel lobby is very beautiful.Transport is very convenient, Bus stop and MRT station are very near the hotel. It is also convenient for shopping and eating. All staffs are polite and friendly, We have a very good stay at Shangri-La Hotel, we will definitely come back again when we visit Xian next time.
