Positive: Loved the location with a wonderful beach. Food was generally not bad although breakfast could be improved, bacon not great in all the restaurants. found most of the staff to be friendly with the exception of a couple.

Negative: We found the service in all areas to be incredibly slow, even when arriving at the restaurants waiting to be seated took forever even when there seemed to be plenty of tables available. We also found all the sunbeds being reserved so early in the morning and then people not using them for most of the day which was very frustrating as often we couldn't find sunbeds to lie on when we went to the beach or pool.

Positive: The gardens and landscaping are exceptional. The food was very good, thought for the money it coulve been a little bit better. Lots of staff, and lots of different things to do.

Negative: There was a dog at the residential house behind the building that barked all night. Kept us awake and woke us up very early every morning. The beds are very uncomfortable. Heard from others the same, that they had a hard time sleeping.
